  • Bank Reconciliation: Match bank transactions with recorded payments and collections, and flag differences for review.
  • Account Reconciliation: Prepare weekly reconciliations for assigned accounts and maintain supporting schedules.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Trace differences, request missing documents, and keep an updated record of unresolved items.
  • Month-End Support: Prepare schedules and supporting documents for journal entries, adjustments, and month-end close.
  • Records Management: Keep reconciliation files complete, organized, and easy to trace.
  • Team Coordination: Follow up with store and Head Office teams to resolve outstanding items on time.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with transaction-level data.
  • A sound understanding of accounting entries and basic reconciliation.
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using an accounting system (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or QuickBooks) is an advantage. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.

Nice to have

  • Internship or work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or audit.
  • Experience reconciling sales, cash, bank transactions, or accounts receivable.
