As a Daily Joe Area Supervisor, you will lead several stores toward consistent standards, strong performance, and a better customer experience. You will coach store teams, strengthen day-to-day operations, and make sure every location delivers the quality and service people expect from Daily Joe.
Responsibilities

Multi-Store Operations: Oversee assigned stores and ensure smooth daily operations, proper opening and closing, store readiness, and complete shift turnovers.
- Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and support Baristas while monitoring attendance, punctuality, shift coverage, and overall team performance.

Product and Service Standards: Monitor drink preparation, recipe accuracy, portioning, presentation, and customer service to maintain a consistent Daily Joe experience across stores.

Cash and Inventory Control: Oversee cash handling, POS reconciliation, cash turnover, inventory counts, stock levels, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and the timely reporting of discrepancies.

Cleanliness and Food Safety: Ensure stores, equipment, workstations, and customer areas remain clean, organized, sanitized, and compliant with food-safety standards.

Customer and Store Issues: Resolve operational and customer concerns promptly, coordinate corrective action, and escalate major issues when necessary.
- Reporting and Compliance: Review and submit accurate sales, inventory, incident, and operational reports while ensuring compliance with company policies, store procedures, control measures, and Daily Joe’s 5Cs.

Store Improvement and Support: Assist with promotions, audits, training, team communication, and initiatives that improve store performance and the customer experience.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related course.

At least 2 years of experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing operation

Experience leading a team and overseeing day-to-day store operations

Strong understanding of cash handling, inventory control, sales reporting, and basic operational procedures
- Strong organization, communication, and decision-making skills

Willing to travel between assigned stores and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed
Nice to have
- Experience overseeing multiple stores or locations
- Experience in a café, food service, retail, or hospitality role

Experience conducting store audits, coaching team members, or facilitating training
- Familiarity with sales analysis, performance tracking, and operational improvement

Knowledge of food-safety standards and inventory practices such as FIFO and FEFO
